Madhav Aneraye ("we," "our," or "us") operates the US Citizenship Test: AI Tutor mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App and the choices you have associated with that data.

The App uses the following third-party services:

- Google Play Services: Used for app functionality and core services.

- Google AdMob: Used for displaying advertisements. AdMob may collect and use your Advertising ID to serve personalized ads.

- Google Play Billing: Used to process in-app purchases and subscriptions. We do not collect or store your payment card details; this information is handled directly by Google Play.

- Firebase: Used for analytics, crash reporting, and app performance monitoring.

- Google AI (Gemini API): Used to provide AI-powered citizenship interview simulations and explanations. Your text or voice inputs for these features are processed by Google's AI services.

3. Data Storage

The App stores your study progress, quiz results, and mastery data locally on your device using an internal database (Room). This data remains on your device unless you clear the app data or uninstall the app.

4. Security of Data

The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

5. Links to Other Sites

Our App may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.

6. Children's Privacy

Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us.
